This policy explains what information Elvira Ocean Air Inc ("we", "us") collects when you visit elviraoceanair.com, send us a form or contact us, why we use it, who receives it and how you can change your choices. It applies to this website and to the calls, texts and emails that follow a request you send us here.

- We use it to answer your request and provide service, to measure and improve the site and our ads, and to keep the site secure.

- Giving us your details is voluntary, but without them we cannot reply to you.

The website, its form service and the record of cookie choices are run for us by our website service provider, NZ Marketing, using the service providers named under "Who receives it" below.
What we collect
- What you send us in a form: your first and last name, email address, phone number, the service you need, your message, the page you sent it from and the time.
- A record of your consent: the notices shown above the submit button and the date and time you sent the form.
- When you call, text or email us: your phone number or email address, what you tell us, the time and length of calls and, when a call is recorded, the recording.
- Technical data: your IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and language, and your approximate location derived from the IP address.
- Use of the site: the pages you view, scrolling, clicks on our phone number and email address, and form sends.
- How you reached us: the page you first landed on, the website that sent you (referrer), campaign tags in the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) and ad click ids in the link (gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid, msclkid).
- Cookies and similar ids: the cookies and browser storage listed in the table below, including an anonymous visitor id for your cookie choice.
Why we use it
- Form, call, text and email details: to answer your request, schedule and provide service, and send estimates and invoices; to call and text you about your request and our services when you agreed to it in our form (agreeing is never a condition of any purchase); and to keep a record of your request and consent.
- Call recordings: for quality, and to keep an accurate record of your request.
- Technical data and use of the site: to run and secure the site, to prevent spam and fraud, and to measure which pages work so we can improve them.
- How you reached us and ad click ids: to know which search, website, campaign or ad brought each request, and to measure our ads.
- Hashed contact details: when you came from one of our ads, your email and phone number, in hashed form (SHA-256, so the platform can match them but not read them), together with the ad click id, so the advertising platform can tell us that the ad led to a request.
- Cookie choice and visitor id: to remember your choice and to keep a record of it.
Who receives it
- Analytics provider (Google, Google Analytics): pages viewed, clicks on our phone number and email address, form sends, technical data, campaign tags and ad click ids, to measure how the site is used.
- Advertising platforms (Google) for ad measurement: ad click ids and hashed contact details, to measure our ads.
- Hosting and security providers (GitLab, Cloudflare): technical data, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- Form services (FormSubmit, Cloudflare): what you send in a form, the page and how you reached us, and the record of your cookie choice, to store them and deliver your request to our inbox.
- AI service provider (Google Gemini): the text of your request, to screen it for spam.
- Our marketing and lead-management provider: a copy of each form request, to help us receive and follow up on requests.
- Map provider (Google Maps) and review widget (Trustindex): the maps embedded on some pages and the widget that shows our Google reviews load from their servers, which receive your IP address and browser details when they load, to show them.
- Equipment suppliers, manufacturers and permit offices: the details your job needs, when it needs them.
- Our team: everything you send us, to answer you and provide service.
- Authorities: when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and safety.
Our service providers may use the information only to provide their services to us. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your phone number or text consent with other companies for their marketing. Google may also use information from sites that use its services as described in how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Giving us information is voluntary
You do not have to give us any personal information. Without your name and phone number or email we cannot reply to your request. You can use the site with analytics and advertising tools switched off; the site works the same, including our forms and phone links.

Google Analytics and our ad measurement tools start on your first scroll, click, key press, tap or focus on a form field. The cookie notice at the bottom of the screen says so when you arrive.

How to change your choice: use the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Switch Analytics or Advertising off and save: those tools stop at once, never load again on this browser and their cookies are deleted. You can switch them back on the same way. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser's privacy settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge all offer this). The site works the same without cookies, including our forms and phone links.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
The site does not change how it works when your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal. To stop analytics and advertising tools, use Cookie settings.
Phone calls
Calls to and from our phone number may be recorded, for quality and to keep an accurate record of your request.
Text messages
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or tell us by phone or email.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you may withdraw any consent you gave: withdrawing stops future use, it does not undo use before it. You may also stop our marketing calls and texts at any time. To ask, email service@elviraoceanair.com or call (626) 635-3433. We verify a request by matching the name and the phone number or email address you give us with the information we hold, and may ask for one more detail when needed. You will not be treated differently for using any of these rights.
How long we keep it
- Requests and customer information: as long as we need it to respond, provide and warranty our work, keep business and tax records, and meet legal obligations, and then we delete it.
- Cookie choice record: 12 months from your choice.
- Google Analytics data: under the retention settings of our Google Analytics account and the cookie durations in the table above.
Security and transfers
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and we limit access to your information to the people and providers who need it to serve you. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Our service providers may process your information in the United States and in other countries where they operate.
Children
This website is meant for adults arranging heating and air conditioning service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
Third-party links
Our website links to other websites that we do not control. Their own privacy policies apply there.
Changes to this policy
When we make a material change, we post the new version on this page with a new version number and effective date, and when the change affects the cookies or tools the cookie notice covers, the notice shows again on your next visit.
